Registration Fee Details

Please complete your registration by submitting the applicable registration fee as mentioned below. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid to confirm your participation. Once the payment is made, kindly upload the payment receipt or screenshot in the form.

Note: A limited number of seats will be available for M.Sc. students. Interested students may contact us and must complete their registration before 01/01/2026. M.Sc. students must send a certificate from the Head of the Department or Institution confirming their studentship.

Note: Partial reimbursement of travel expenses will be provided to a limited number of PhD students and postdocs attending the conference/workshop from outside Kolkata (adhering to GoI rules and regulations)
